All sales are final — refunds are not permitted. We take pride in ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item for store credit.

All XO $25 Steals are final sale because of their special discounted pricing. That means no returns or store credit.

Store Credit

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer store credit for unused items returned within 7 business days of your purchase date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that if we find any defects or signs of wear, we reserve the right to deny the return.

Once you've shipped your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. After we review your items, we’ll email you your store credit.
